A beautiful full day trip to visit four, of the sixteen churches recognized as World Heritage Sites by UNESCO.
We depart from Castro, head to Chonchi, to visit it church, which dated from the last part of the XIX century.
Afterwards we continue the trip in a 10-minutes ferry, to Lemuy Island. The Island boasts three wooden churches besides other small chapels. We´ll visit Ichuac and its wooden church from 1880. Afterwards, Aldachildo, built in 1910. and finally through a narrow road with breathtaking views of the sea on both sides, we´ll arrives to Detif, with its small wooden church, where fresh flowers and embellished saints show us, the active participation from the local community in its care and maintenance.
In the late afternoon we return to Castro.
