Tour Description:
We leave from Castro to Dalcahue where we´ll cross by ferry to Quinchao Island, the second largest in the Archipelago.Once in the Island, we take a secondary road with a great viewpoint, the Dalcahue Channel and Península Rilán. Following this road, we´ll arrive to Curaco de Vélez, a nice and small village where we will walk along the square and it’s well preserved antique houses. Afterwards we’ll arrive to Achao, to visit and enjoy the architecture of the region’s oldest church, built around 1730. After Achao we´ll stop for lunch in Chullec bajo, in a small agroturism next to the beach.Once we´re back to Dalcahue we´ll have plenty of time to enjoy the market’s variety of woolens, wooden crafts and basketry before return to Castro.
